The kids and I took a little walk into downtown Fruita to see "Grrrreta" the town dino. Fruita, Co is known for it's dinosaur finds, so there is lots of dino stuff around. We finished our outting with a stop at the town $1 store.

Do you know what is weird??? the day that GRRRRETA was dedicated 09-02-00, is the same birthday that my Gretta was born 09-02-07. It's a small world. :)
We are headed your way. Garrett got a job and they want him to start right after Thanksgiving. Hopefully we will be moved in up there before that. Looking forward to being neighbors. See you soon.

Luke doesn't look too sure about things in the picture with him and Ethan together. It's amazing what becomes landmarks and things people go and see. North of my hometown, there is the world's largest weathervain. Weird, but proves my point =). Glad you are able to have some great fun in CO!
Hey, I have seen that dinosaur! We were on our way back from California and we hit a deer and we were stuck in Fruita CO for a day or so. That was at least 10 years ago. Looks like the boys had a good time!
That cracks me up! I must say that I have the UTMOST respect for anyone who has the guts to venture off across the country with 3 under 3!!! I get nervous about going to Kohls with 2 under 2 :) Way to go Carissa! I can't wait to hear all the details.

CONGRATULATIONS on your sweet baby kate! we had our second son Owen Samuel on August 21st. guess that's my excuse for the tardy congrats! :) what are the age differences between your kiddos? right now mine are 15 months!!
